Throughout his career, Dr. Webner has held significant roles within the medical community. He serves as the Director of Running Medicine at Crozer Health and oversees the Crozer Health Sports Medicine Fellowship Program. As a Team Physician for the Philadelphia Union and Marathon Physician, he is deeply involved in the care and management of athletes at various levels of competition.
Dr. Webner’s patient care philosophy centers on establishing honest and respectful relationships with his patients. He believes in collaborating closely with each individual to address their sports medicine concerns comprehensively. Fluent in Hebrew and Spanish, he ensures effective communication with a diverse patient population.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Webner is actively engaged in research and education. His research interests include Sports Concussion, Athletic Disordered Eating, and the use of NSAIDs in Athletics. He has received accolades for his teaching and mentorship, including the Residents’ Outstanding Teaching Award.
