Premier – Main Line Sports Medicine Division Celebrates Its Two-Year Anniversary and Its Top Physicians:

Premier – Main Line Sports Medicine, a division of Premier Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Associates, celebrates its second year of helping athletes and patients of all ages return to a healthy and active lifestyle. The two-year old practice is led by top doc Dr. Kevin Walsh, M.D. who is thrilled to commemorate the occasion. He’s also happy to welcome their newest doctor, Dr. Keli Donnelly.

Conveniently located in the Main Line Health and Fitness building in Bryn Mawr, Premier – Main Line Sports Medicine is a unique medical practice that treats the entire spectrum of non-operative orthopaedic and sports injuries. With a patient-focused mission, Premier – Main Line Sports Medicine ensures every patient receives the essential quality care and attention he or she needs and is provided with the best recovery solution and plan.

“This August is an exciting time for us, as we celebrate the anniversary of Premier – Main Line Sports Medicine. We are also welcoming a new member to our team, Dr. Keli Donnelly,” says Dr. Kevin Walsh, M.D. “I look forward to working with Dr. Donnelly in helping patients get back to pain-free living.”

Voted top doctor in Main Line Today magazine in 2013 and in Philadelphia Magazine in 2014, Dr. Walsh specializes in concussion management and has a devoted interest to disorders related to running. He provides non-operative treatment for the entire spectrum of orthopaedic injuries, performs custom foot orthotic fabrication on-site, as well as PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injections for acute and chronic injuries and prolotherapy.

New to the Premier – Main Line Sports Medicine practice is Dr. Donnelly, who specializes in the non- operative management of musculoskeletal injuries, concussion management, osteoporosis management and osteopathic manipulation. Dr. Donnelly completed her internship and family medicine residency in the Crozer-Keystone Health System, where she received awards for her dedication to the field of sports medicine and was recognized for exceptional compassion for her patients.

About Dr. Kevin Walsh, M.D.

Having graduated from Jefferson Medical College, Dr. Walsh completed his residency in Family Medicine at Christiana Care Health System in Delaware. He then received his Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine after completing a fellowship at Healthplex Sports Medicine of Crozer-Keystone Health System. In addition to treating non-operative orthopaedic injuries on the Main Line for the past twelve years, Dr. Walsh also serves as the head team physician for Malvern Preparatory School and Upper Merion High School, and as the team doctor for the Villanova University women’s basketball team. He also teaches sports medicine to the Family Practice residents at Bryn Mawr Hospital.

About Dr. Keli Donnelly, M.D.

With a double major in Health Science and Athletic Training, Dr. Donnelly graduated from Guilford College, Greensboro, NC, with Honors, where she received multiple awards for excellence in athletic training. Following undergraduate school, she worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer for Villanova University and Upper Merion High School. In addition to being a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the American College of Sports Medicine, Dr. Donnelly is the team physician for Archbishop John Carroll High School and Valley Forge Military Academy and College.
