A winning team relies on winning orthopaedic expertise — and when the Philadelphia Union made history last October, Premier was there to celebrate. As the major league team’s Official Orthoapaedic Providers, Charles (Chip) Hummer, M.D. and James McGlynn, M.D., orthopaedic surgeons and sports medicine experts, cheered from the team bench as a nail-biter game went into extra-time. The Union landed its first-ever playoff victory (4-3) against the New York Red Bulls — not to mention racking up one of the league’s highest scores in a playoff match ever.
This year’s fifth place finish marks the team’s best season yet and expectations are high for 2020.
