Phil earned both his undergraduate degree in Psychology in 2015 along with his DPT in 2018 at Widener University where he played Collegiate level Ice hockey. Shortly after graduation, he took his first job in Nashville Tennessee working with an outpatient orthopedic population including Total hip replacements, Total knee replacements, Young student athletes and runners. Phil continues his various education with knowledge in pain science, Functional movement screens, McKenzie treatments and Graston techniques to help allow his patients to reach their goals and minimize pain for any required task.
Phil has served various communities with a history of working in Acute care, Skilled nursing facilities, and retirement communities. Phil enjoys and can treat a wide variety of patients and orthopedic issues ranging from knee pain, shoulder pain, rotator cuff repair, Knee replacements, hip replacements, general hip pain and other various hand dysfunctions.
In his free time, you can find Phil either playing Ice Hockey in the Winter or soaking up the sun on the beach in Ocean City, New Jersey with his daughter and wife.
Phil offers direct access physical therapy.
Direct access allows patients with an injury to see a Premier Orthopaedics physical therapist for 30 days without a physician referral. Direct access is not for Medicare, WC or MVA patients.
