Yoga on the Pier
Free yoga classes are held along the Delaware River beneath the Ben Franklin Bridge. Local yogi Malik Wilson holds classes every day, so you can select which ones work best for you. Remember to bring your own mat, and you can even bring along your kids or pets. These classes are free for everyone, but donations are welcome.
Paddleboard Yoga on the Delaware

Aqua Vida hosts SUP Yoga at Spruce Street Harbor Park with classes on Wednesdays and Saturdays, ending September 26. This activity is a combination of stand-up paddleboarding and yoga. Participants will get on a paddleboard and perform a series of yoga stretches as led by the yoga teachers of Aqua Vida.
