Jonathan attended the University of Maryland College Park for his undergraduate degree and earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Baltimore. Additionally, he is a certified strength and condition specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Collaborating with medical providers, Jonathan utilizes a high level of shared clinical decision-making based on patients’ values, clinical expertise and best available evidence to design individualized, comprehensive management programs that meet each patients’ goals and expectations. He respects patients’ values/expectations and considers them to reach the optimal outcome. Furthermore, Jonathan incorporates behavioral and motivational coaching for his patients to promote healthy lifestyles.
Before joining Premier, Jonathan completed an orthopedic residency program with Moss Rehab. Less than 3% of orthopedic physical therapists throughout the United States graduate from orthopedic residency programs.
In his free time, Jonathan enjoys rock climbing, hiking, winter sports and puns.
Jonathan offers direct access physical therapy. Direct access allows patients with an injury to see a Premier Orthopaedics physical therapist for 30 days without a physician referral. Direct access is not for Medicare, WC or MVA patients. To set up an appointment, please call 610-527-7870.
